I have not received a confirmation email, what now?

Sometimes our email ends up in your spam. So check this first. Don't you have an email here either? Then we may have an incorrect email address for you. Please email customer service so they can help you further!

How can I pay?

You can easily pay with Paypal, bank transfer or IDEAL.

I entered my wrong address, what now?

If you have entered an incorrect address or would like to have it delivered somewhere else, it is best to email us. We may make adjustments to your address until your order has been shipped.

I have received a defective item

We check all items carefully, but unfortunately it can sometimes happen that an item is delivered defective. In this case, send an email with a photo within 72 hours of receipt. We will then help you as soon as possible.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed with great care at our head office. The products are then produced in our factories. We work together with factories throughout Europe.
